Terms and Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of fresh fruitss made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Description
- Our mangoes/Fruits are fresh agricultural produce.
- As natural products, size, weight, color, and sweetness may vary.
- Images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Prices include GST.
- Full payment must be made at checkout via our accepted payment methods.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Availability
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to supply shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Singapore only.
- Delivery dates and time slots are estimates and not guaranteed most probably on Saturday/Sunday.
- Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.
We are not responsible for spoilage if delivery is unattended
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes/fruits, returns are generally not accepted.
- If the product arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Approved claims may be eligible for replacement of the spoiled mangoes in your upcoming order. Alternatively, you can also collect the replacement at our Sengkang location. For returns, please note that customers are responsible for returning the items to our Sengkang location.
- Our supplier does not provide an option to cut and check each fruit as perishable fruit. Internal spoil is not known to anyone.
7. Quality Disclaimer
- Mangoes are seasonal fruits and natural variations in taste and texture are expected.
- We do not guarantee specific sweetness levels unless expressly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Food Safety & Storage
- Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.
- We recommend refrigeration upon receipt and consumption within the recommended period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
