AtDesigreen Sg Private Limited, we deliver fresh mangoes and fruits with care to ensure quality and freshness. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order
1. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made only on Saturdays and Sundays.
- We do not offer deliveries on weekdays or public holidays unless explicitly stated.
- Delivery time slots are subject to availability and route planning.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders must be placed by [Thursday, 11:59 PM] to qualify for delivery on the upcoming weekend.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following weekend.
3. Delivery Locations
- We currently deliver within Singapore only.
- Remote or restricted locations (e.g.Sentosa Island, secured facilities) may require special arrangements or may not be serviceable
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to terms and conditions.
5. Fresh Produce & Quality Assurance
- As our products are fresh mangoes and fruits, minor variations in size, color, or ripeness may occur.
- In the event of unforeseen quality issues due to weather or supply conditions, we reserve the right to:
- Reschedule delivery, or
- Offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no recipient available, or refusal to accept the order:
- Re-delivery may incur additional charges, or
- The order may be treated as completed with no refund due to product perishability
7. Changes or Cancellations
- Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery day.
- Requests made after this period may not be accommodated as produce is procured in advance.
8. Gifting & Group Orders
- For gift orders, please ensure recipient contact details are accurate.
- For bulk or group orders, delivery timelines may vary and will be confirmed separately.
